Every client will be assigned a designated Team Leader who you will be able to contact via email or phone at any time.

They will provide you with regular progress reports throughout your time with us.

If you are a registered Healthcare provider (i.e. a Care Home, Hospice, Doctors' Practice, Dentists' Surgery, Children's Service provider, providing Domiciliary Care or any other entity bound by the Care Regulator) we would be pleased to assist you on the following matters: -

·         Compliance Audits (i.e., Infection Control, Medicines, Falls, Care Plans, Inductions).

·         Health & Safety Audits in line with HSG220.

·         Risk Assessments.

·         Internal Investigations.

·         Insurance.

·         Service User Contracts.

·         Statements of Purpose.

Typical consultancy fees are:

£50+VAT per hour (to the nearest hour)

£50+VAT per hour pro rata for off site consultancy, emails and telephone calls.

Mileage is charged at £0.45+VAT per mile from consultant postcode to venue postcode and return.

Hotel expenses, where required, are charged at cost price.
