Closing the Gaps 

This module is delivered by a fully qualified Pharmacist or a GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician.
It provides carers & nurses with information & tools to prevent gaps on MAR charts
 
The module includes: knowing what a MAR chart is, knowing what a gap on a MAR means & why MAR charts matter as evidence. You will also learn about examples of bad practice & what records to keep to ensure a full audit trail, when to sign a MAR chart & how to document doses not given, about tools to prevent gaps on MAR charts, how to permanently eliminate gaps & about peer accountability & routines.

The module is 1½ hours in duration, a workbook is provided and a certificate on successful completion of the multi choice assessment.
